Those are Test commands few people unlocked them and i think its much better keeping them to them selfs. Some of them don't work properly tho.

Seems to be a Layouts of a Packets.
Looks like it send and logs extra information like if a hacker was baned and you wrote to the help desk asking why were you baned they would know some basic info or it also looks like some kind report. anyway its for the Korean version

Ya I found the strings to combo miss and will try to make the code "miss" jump to the code excellent. Doubt it will work but will try soon.

lol unlocking them would be nice but i finally figured out why i was being kicked for speeding and stoped so now i have hour speed hacking without kick. Good with me.

There is a check on skill time. So just learn how to work with packets.

So after playing with those combo strings all I was able to do so far was make "bad" and "good" bot be Excellent.

What program do you use to locate and edit these data strings?

That data has been found many times before, but making them work is what most people are aiming for. Finding them is easy, but you have to know what you're doing if you want it to be beneficial. If you don't know how to find them, you're hopeless in making them work. Try OllyDbg, Bovine. That's probably the most popular way to find them.
