nop. nearly all ip's registered outside asia are banned.
Good thing not the accounts, so find a decent proxy and go for it.

it, can find a false ip address for from lets say, an asian country that the server is playable in. So it uses the false ip as a mask to yours so the server thinks you are an asian country which enables you to play.
