Up to right now FearReaper is the only one who has had permission to use the Acme Database.

they gave him permission not the right to give/release acme files. its still forcer and noeatall who can give permission to use the database not fear's

Actually, they asked for the database to be made public.

there are well respected PVPers that have this database if they want to make it public they may. i give my permission to freely use it how ever they like
