unlocker problem's

why is unlocker always like this

it always say's:

unhandled exception has occurred in your application and
could not find a part of the path

how will i solve this
i followed the requirements like 32 bit and notification but it still doesnt work it say no lock handle found WTF!!!

I think it is a net framework problem, Update your net framework
