DUPING ITEMS/SKILL SPAM

is there any way to dupe items again? like the old way the cart duping.

any skill spammer like WPE that just 1milliseconds delay. i tried hotkey but its 1-1.5seconds delay with sonic blow and .5-1sec delay with meteor assault.

im playing a RO 300allstats 255/120.
