Vac hack/wal hack

I cannot figure out Vac Hack or Wall hack...can anyone explain how to make these work to me in detail please?

I have WinRAR, trying to extract, and dunno where to make it go.

Can anyone please take me through it step by step?

I'd be GREATLY appreciative :)

vack hack was posted over 10 times it's not that hard to find it just use search function on the forum or google.

omg nobody knows how to look for themselfs to find it its not hard to miss there a lot of posted things saying vac hak or wall hak its every smiple to find.

If they were stickied, we might have less noobs ^^
