C# "" Senden

Hey,
Ich ahbe ein problem..
Ich möchte über Sendkeys.Send ein Text senden wo "" mit drin sind..

Jetzt habe ich schon folgendes probiert.
Sendkeys.Send("Hallo,""Hallo"",Hallo");
Also mit doppel " ..

Aber das funktioniert nicht..
