[23.05.2011] Gonzo's NoMenu 1.6 [Supernospread,Norecoil, ..]

After a few fails, and some bugs, I release my new NoMenu hack.

- Superjump (Ingame) Ctrl key.
- CQCSpawn (Ingame) NUMPAD4 key.
- CQCSpawn (Off) NUMPAD5 key.
- NoSpawnWait (Ingame) NUMPAD2 key.
- NoSpawnWait (Off) NUMPAD3 key.
- Stamina (Ingame) Auto.
- Speed (Ingame) NUMPAD0 key.
- Speed (Off) NUMPAD1 key.
- NFD (Ingame) Auto.
- NoRecoil (Ingame) Auto.
- SuperNoSpread (Ingame) Auto.

Why you make On and Off with 2 Keys...
Make it with 1 Key, it's better for all :D
