[SWSRO] 90+ Mobs

So i see there are new mobs in the dw cave, 90-100, just wondering if there are any 90-100 mobs anywhere outside. Any help will be appreciated.

So it's true? They implented it? Did they implent skills also? I was wondering I'm going back :D
