[HILFE]Fehler bei Root

hey,

ich hab ein kleines prob und zwar kommt immer wenn ich meinen server starten will dieser fehler:

und jetzt startet der server nicht mehr richtig und es kann sich keiner mehr einloggen, was kann ich da machen?
