MutiWin copy

I'm working on a little prog which sends keypresses to a dualbox, and it works, but as you probably know, if the client is not the active window, the macros run very slow. To cure this, I can use MultiWin, but I try to integrate it in my app, so I would like to know, what multiwin exactly do.
