Need help for a PS !

Hey guys , i wanna make my own aion P server , i was told that i have to be a coder to make it , so what language do i have to learn , and how much time does it take me to learn the basics that make me at least start an aion P server ?

You don't neccesarily have to be a coder, but it would be a big plus. Find out in what code the aion emulators are written if you're interested in it.
