So i have my pt at 101/102 mobs. When chars were ~99 lv i was getting great drops (2h, xbow and some other drops) but now when they reached 103 lv its dead end for novas, last nova i got was 2 weeks ago. What happened? Spot dont have anymore novas or what?

I thought its like that because when 100 cap was I was grinding alone at 94 mobs (6 lvl below - limit of green) and I was getting sox like each 3-5 days when my friends pt was at 98 mobs and he barely got any sox drops at all.
