You need time and the willingness to put in effort basically.
The easiest way to make a bot right now would be to go download visual studio (free or download pro version and google a key, there's a unlimited use master key that got leaked) and then download my proxy source code I posted.
It's basically a framework which still functions with conquer to write your own packet based proxy bot.
It will take you some time but there's tons of half written bot codes inside the release thread of people working on their own bots with it.
And no, there are no free public 'finished' bots available right now... at least not that are any good (maybe some crappy pixel based bots). To get a good bot you'll either have to take the time to write one yourself (possibly using work others have already put in to help you) or pay for someone else to do it (subscription bots)

if you're curious about the proxy I posted, here's the youtube chanell I was using to post some of the test videos. I went a bit further past the vids of it I uploaded but you get the idea. Basically I stripped out most of the bot code and posted what was left for the public to use to write their own bots.
