English tutorial for creating Metin2 p-server no hamachi

hello guys, i've been looking all over the internet and couldn't find any full tutorial about creating Metin2 server non hamachi.

please post one IN ENGLISH, thanks

U need a Root Server with enough for the Serverfiles.
And it's not really easy...
