It's best to A) have freinds as those spots in the BC day of you're server B) community members you can trust.

Guilades4 make alittle bit expirence with Server and the stuff.
Then get good friends and ask them.
Dont ask a "nobody" for help as a GM/DEV etc. on your Server.
This cant be good.
