metin 2 blacksmith and upgrade items

I lost billion yangs on upgrade,faild lot items 8+ and i cant make +9 hi level item

Any programer can make program for upgrade items with sucess ?

This is most harder work for programers,show hire who is best :)

one man have all hi level items +9
and that man is programer...
so how can get all items +9?
This man show me lot items (all items +9 no stones,no bonuses,rare items...)
This man dont play anymore and i cant find him...

There is not a Blacksmith Hack or anything like that.
