Need a coder's assistance (will pay $)

Hello, I need a someone that can coder either visual basic or C++.

I need a program made, (I would do it, but I dont have time due to school) it is a program that can connect to the gamehi dekaron server via packets and check and see if any characters are on the account on each server.

NO this is not a brute forcer, Every account I am supplying for checking is a valid working account, but sadly sometimes my accounts get deleted due to inactivity and I need a fast way to see if the login has any characters.

I will supply the logins in this format
Username:Password

once it checks the account just save back in the notepad the account information plus if it has any characters on it and if so which servers.

so i think you want to have an account - checker, written in C++ or Visual Basic? And the Account Checker should check the characters on the account and save them in a textfile?
How many would you pay? And is C# also okay?

Yes the account checker checks if it has any characters on the account. I know the logins for the accounts are all valid but the only way to see the characters is from the actual game, it can not be checked from the website.

yes C# is good too. I would like the source just for my paranoid reasons so I can build or if I need to make a change to it incase the game changes at all and I need to adjust it.
