NEED HELP WID CABAL

guys i just started playin USbeta version of cabal n every time i log n after 5-7 mins some pop up shows of n b4 i could read the message my computer reboot itself....
any advice how i can solve that problem or wats the problem would b gr8 help

What you could do... Well you could close all the processes you don´t need. Deactivate your Anti-Virus-Program. Press CTRL+ALT+Del and go the process section.
