i think this new server is able to log max 1500 ppl, after 1600 crash or disconnect

It crashes there is no restart.
Every single time when that event start Special trader event or whatever its called and the next second it says this special trader event its about the close the server just crashes.
I counted it 6 times already , it was exactly the same , after that message popped up the server was down.
