That is impossible to tell. When you pick a box, the server decides then and there at random what to give you. Its not clientside, in which coders cannot exploit...unless they hacked the server in some way...which they wouldnt.

It can be exploited, but no one has figured it out yet. We do know the items that are randomized, but we don't know the math it uses to determine which to get. It's only a matter of time :P
