No cooldown?

anyone knows how to go about it?
i've tried on buffs for now but none of it works. the normal attack skills cooldown too fast to search. i've tried from 4btyes to float to double and still can't find the adress

buffs are serversided cooldowns, attacks will disconnect you.
theres no point to using no cooldown anymore.
