[HELP] Problem whit Login

Hello, i started a private server but when i select the server it say:
Cannot connect to the game. Please check the network.

I have that ports opened:

In Neuz.exe i have edited the ip for "My Real IP"
In INIS FILES i have all ips whit 127.0.0.1 except:
Account server: "My Real IP"
Login Server: AddCache("My Real IP")

I Repeat:
I can log on the Username and Password window, but when i select server it say the error.

EDITED FOR MORE INFO:
In Client Folder i oppened the network.log and it say:

Why is your Port Open? :P
The Ports is only for DynDNS... or No-IP.

Becouse i will use No-IP, but i need see how the server works first.

You have a no-IP Account and No-IP Updater? and a No-IP host?
If Yes, maybe your No-IP Updater is not On.

You need Xampp for it.

I dont Have NO-IP, dont think on it.

I want try the server whit my real IP, i explain my inis config and the neuz its edited whit reshacker and i have 127.0.0.1 but the error still

You mean with Real IP your Home IP?
You only need Edit the IP in the AccountServer.ini and in the LoginServer.ini
soo the CacheServer.ini should have the Same port of your Neuz.exe.

I have same problem :/ my friends can connect but i cant :/
