Cheat engine question

I've seen one or two ppl talking about CE working properly on S4 league, i tried a couple of things but so far, nothing worked.
If some1 can tell me what's wrong with CE i'd be very happy about it.
I've tried the following:
-keep freezing and un-freezing s4 to modify values
-restart s4 and attach to process before xcrap initializes
-try to attach CE to s4 while s4 is suspended
nothing worked =\

Try this :
1.Start S4
2.Suspend S4
3. Open Cheat-Engine and Change the Values
4.Close CE
5.Unfreeze S4

I think i tried that before.
So if i freeze the values and close CE, they will still be frozen??? Because i need 2 go 2 server selection in order for them to change!

Kill Aegis/64 ;D

-Killed Aegis and Aegis64/ suspended Xcrap and HGWC, Suspended s4 when i was in lobby, modified values and froze them,went to server select and back and nothing happened.

Oh come on, does nobody know???
