ive been trying to dl this dam direct x and all the ones i dled so far dont seem to work, can anyone give me a complete link for this download

If you have downloaded from the official website, it must be good. If it's still not working, we have to search the problem elsewhere.

I had this problem on Win7, running as admin and in xpsp3 compatibility mode fixed it.
