[Guide] Changing broadcast message

Okay ill show you all how to change the bc message shown below

first open your client folder
then open ini folder
located within the ini folder find a file named StrRes then open it
then hit CTRL F
then enter this into it: 127046=Input the message.
then save the edited file
then change it to what you see fit and your done close your client restart it and your done
also dont change this part of it 127046= or it will not work

remember always make backups when editing your files

again . not bad .. but we i guess everyone here knows everything about ini files .

some people don't so i thought i would help them out
