Ive seen some Arrow hacks in game where they shoot like 100 arrows a second anyone know the offset or where to edit?

its a third section and this see only people that have access too the underground area
if you use search threads from ug arent shown too only too peopple that have acess
to the guy before
to get access you must make an application too vyn or namek then they will decide if you get access or not :)
