Cheat Engine & Process Hacker Question

Just wanted to ask does cheat engine and process hacker still work with s4 league?With changing
-Maps
-Clothes
-Weps
-Skills
Because when I terminate and suspend in s4 league with process hacker and open cheat engine S4 well it just closes down.
Anyone have a clue why would something like this happen?

I Use the Suspender from Cyberlink (In game Trainer) when i use this and suspend xtrap, i dont get a crash, but i can't change ID's but i can change other thins example maps

I was kinda confused with this just installed x64 bit pc :l Still failure me at hacking :l
