Dunno where put this

Well I have made a new siggy with dark lightning stuff from S4 but what it is, is I want add music streaming so lets say i refresh the page, bam the music starts playing instanly meaning ( you dont need press any buttons)
If there is a way to do this please can someone tell me the solution here?

cause only support section is to do with elite gold so your posts pointless and my siggys not big enough, its better than ones I've seen
