concerning .c3 files

ok i dont know who can open these and if you can change them or not but acouple of my friends found out how, its in chinese so i cant read but if you go here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and download the file there, you can open c3 files, i dont know if this is useless or helpfull in anyway i just would like to share this with everyone else so we can better ourselves and the people around us.

Please if you have any knowledge on opening of c3 files or changing of the sort please post here

hm but why is it in a .exe???

that is the program to open the c3 files dragon, i have not quite got around to edit it or anything but i just wanted to share my information to everyone

honest dude, thats sourceforge, they wouldnt have any viruses and if so my mcafee would of picked it up. i dont know why you wouldnt trust me

withdrew my thanks useless for me as i want to veiw physical of the file i could already view and edit with winhex

you can open .c3 files with photoshop. not sure what the extension you need is called but you can open and edit them freely.

IF you want to see what i say is jiberish files you need HexEO.exe workshop! It is the best and easiest to use thanks to triman of tritopiaEO for that
