Help fix everything in 5375

help to fix GW in 5375

hello guys

i can log in the game now and fix some errors
but the GW Gates not work
i can attack gate but its not opening !!
coz i cant log in at pole :(

any help for fix this problem pls ??

Well, I'll give you a short tutorial on how to fix it. The gates have certain textures, each which are displayed in different angles. Basically... when the gate reaches an hp below 0, the gate disappears using "Remove Entity" from the General Data packet (10010) and then spawns the new gate (that's open, using the different texture).

Hope that helped. If it didn't, I can't help you grow a brain (damn. That sounded a lot better in my head).

EDIT: Most old sources aren't using the textures correctly. The should be using a separate packet. Look at terrainnpc.ini for the correct way or... just steal the wrong way (which works...) from another source.

i chang 135 >>> 10010 ?

10010 = General data packet ID
135 = packet subtype
if you change it to 10010 will never work...
use like generaldata(terrain.uid,0,0,0,0,0,datatype.entityr emove)

Code the item usage.

That appears to be my old source I released which contains few if any item usage codes (ie: no usable items work) they are very simple to code. Do it yourself with a bit of practice. It's a good learning experience.

DUDE. Stop double posting everywhere.
If you want an item to be coded, code it. Otherwise, you should not be trying to run a server. Most of the people that I mentor and help actually want to learn. They try their hardest to understand C# and try to impress me. If you don't have that quality, then don't run a server.

I don't understand you. Do you actually want to learn C#? Because I have no problem with you if you do... but copying and pasting shit aren't going to teach you anything about C#. I told you in full detail on how to code it. If you can't, then start with something smaller and work your way up like I did and many other people have done on this forum.
