First of all I aint giving out any links...
1. Download the cytriik trainer AND the Microsoft Visual c++
2. start s4 league and go to your inventory
3. press f11 and the trainer will come out
4. click on the things you want (if it shows a france error then just untick the item and then tick again) then click on ready
5. go back to the server selection and then pick your server (it should say it surely works after that)
6. untick ready and close the trainer then go to your inventory
7. you will see the items you have picked on the trainer
The items might not show up if your under rookie 5
IF IT DOESN'T WORK THEN IT DOESN'T Work
Works on 64 bit and 32 bit
