Warrior only weapon?

Hey, im kinda new with peivate servers etc but id like to add a warrior only 1h weapon. (so other classes cant use it)
Is this possible?
also does any1 know what all these numbers mean?

That looks... wrong... where's the item id?

Use some logic though.. that's a war only item and hey look! A value of 21! That would be the job req.

Ooh a value of 40! We know that's the item level. Etc. Work from the known values and fill in the blanks using other items (ie armors won't generally have an atk/dodge/+hp stat.. use items that to to fill in those fields)

check out toa bs as example when i used 2 do bins i made a few weaps for each classes that way

ohh i think i got it O.o if i wanted to make blades warriors only then id have to change:

to:

also thought maybe sum1 has already posted what all the numbers mean=X didnt find much when i searched but well.. ill start experimenting thenXDD
