1. Leech much?
2. Nobody uses TQ Binaries on this forum.
3. The use of TQ Binaries is illegal.
4. Stop making "patches" for lower patches to make them like the current patch. It's NOT that hard to make a current server or to upgrade your source.

Are skills editable in NewestCOServer (magictype.dat)? I know some files ain't. Like making custom gear, although you can use a DBC Editor which I don't think anyone has FULLY released.

OP:
Thanks, this is useful.

Iirc there's some skill stuff outside of the magictype now.. I know the skill descriptions and stuff were all outside of the magictype in newer patches (dunno about 5165) but I'm fairly sure you'll wanna do a bit with dbc still.

Korv and some others released all sorts of dbc tools but they are not perfect for all files as some of them depend on what's inside and have variable offsets etc... Aka it's not simple to create a 'universal editor' for them.

That being said shouldn't be too hard to do on a personal level if you just wanna add a few things.

Quit being so egotistical.
