[RELEASE] Editable Loader

Hey everyone! I know I have put alot of you all through madness and anger over what I have said so today, I am going to release somthing that I worked on just for you all!

I am releasing a loader that you can easily edit and with no ads or anything. So I opened VB and thought " what should i make" so i just started working on this.
