Cant find working proxy can u help me find one or if u have one can u send it in pm please

i found 10 proxy.
working proxy.
with the KTS client i loaded all updates normally, but i couldnt enter the server.

banned ip that s what i found too (: when u try to login it say something whit ip and windows
confirm cancel...
