[Help] Making Public server & Patches

Hey guys, I was just wondering how do I make a server public? i've got it set to local host and i'm not sure what files I have to edit...

Further more, how do I sort out a patching client, Like what do I have to change to allow patches from my computer to the players computer?

You have to Edite game.exe ... Open it with a HeX Editor and search the Aeriagames IP... now replaced it with yours... [local host...]
I think the Aeriagames IP is 174.142.118.105 ... but I don't really know if it's the same IP @your Client...
