How should this work?
Since Jobupdate NPC Thiefs cant do damage to non equipped Players.
But i couldnt see all on this youtube video, cause youtube quality ^^

Actually you're incorrect. Light thieves still deal damage to regular players however they do not deal damage to the same jobs.
if you use an NPC Hunter and try to harm a trader it will not deal any damage. However if you use an NPC Hunter, or an NPC thief and try to harm a regular player with no job item it will. Go and try it :P

I'm not on Aege.. but really, I hate gold bots >_>.
I don't mind the player bots.. but sometimes I actually like to grind for an hour or so on a noob character and it's just impossible, plus the fact that I only have a premium on 1/3 of my accounts.
