Is there any hack that allows you to talk to any npc from anywhere? Like if you stand in the middle of a town and you can talk to any npc thats far away?

lol, the point of the range filter is to make the DQ and stuff a challenge. If you get rid of it, its like saying, "why send a man to the moon when we can shoot the video here on Earth instead?"
