non hamachi server

hey again. i'm still trying make non hamachi server so i wanna ask you this: i need use in acc and msg configs and shells my internal IP or external IP? please help :(

also.. what i need put in navicat when i creating new database? i mean in host

you want to put your external ip adress, also in navicat you would want to go to mysql and go to user and fill that out for if u want more then one host

but it dont work
