[Help] how to add account by navicat

plz the is runing but how to add account in navicat directly ???:confused:
plz fast

after inputting pass n user copy text into query then run query and ur done

Edit USERNAME and PASSWORD then open your database hit f6 , then paste into console , then hit enter and vuala :D
