COF

has anyone got the cof hack to work since the last patch ? im kinda new at this and have been trying with MHS and cheat engine with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

my CoF and Infinite AB are working just fine.

Are you following the Guides that Craby987 and Joltting wrote exactly?

I suggest not using cheat engine, MHS is much better

yeah i followed his tutorial and i get to the end where i have the two addresses but i still have the cof when i shoot. Guees ill try again thks.

once you find the address with the "MOV DWORD PTR [ESI+19C], EAX"

Follow Jolttings guide. Since Joltting's guide is for AB. I'll show you what you'll be looking for for making cof.

The address, well this is the one I use, is the one that shows for "MOV DWORD PTR [ESI+19C], EAX"

When you do the Go To in new tab portion of his guide, you should see this:

MOV ECX, DWORD PTR [ESI+20]
MOV DWORD PTR [ESI+19C], EAX
LEA EAX, DWORD PTR [EBP-C]

At the point of the guide that says to inject code.

You'll be injecting the code into "MOV ECX, DWORD PTR [ESI+20]"



When injecting code, add the address you found to the box that Joltting says and paste

MOV ECX, DWORD PTR [ESI+20]
MOV DWORD PTR [ESI+19C], EAX
LEA EAX, DWORD PTR [EBP-C]

into box that he shows for the AB guide. Unlike the AB guide, you don't need to add any other codes to make CoF work. Once you have the Poke values, add them to your TMK and enjoy.

Don't ask me for the codes to turn off CoF because I still don't know how.

I didn't have to do any of that. I also only loaded in one line of code (Ie: the only EAX line into the poke address) and it works perfectly. Your adding code you don't need ^.

hes not injecting anything, hes just getting the poke values, if I read that right

Cool, learned something new. Yeah, only reason why I was using those three lines was from Joltting's AB guide (since his example for AB showed 3 lines), and since it worked, I kept using them. :p

o.O lol. Yeah, for CoF I adjusted the code through injection so right before it did its: "Mov [Location of CoF], E?x", I had a "Mov E?x, 0". So, it constantly sets the variable back to zero before it sets the Cof equal to the variable. ;) It works like a dream, except my reticle pops up every few seconds. Doesn't actually affect my shots, only the appearance. I actually think I like this way better, though, because if you get it to stay at 0, you can't see when you hit people since the little orange circle is too small. :-P

But yeah, when you code-cave, you actually DO the change within MHS, and MHS gives you two Poke Values. When you actually POKE them, it changes the code within the app. Kind of awesome concept. :-P

Anywho.. I won't be gaming much at the moment.. My daughter was born on Tuesday, 11:44 AM, 7lb4z, 19.5" long. Lol. I still don't get why babies have LENGTHS. Oh well.. I'll still be trolling around the forums. ;)

Maybe I just didn't explain it right.. When I found the value, I found what accessed it, which led me into the coding. I code-caved it there(not sure why I code-caved it, instead of just nop'ing it :-P). Right before it applies a modifier to my COF, it sets the COF to 0. So, it pops up and back down when I'm shooting, but it doesn't affect my shots.
