Lol its not a Bug... If You Click the Craft Button the icon of the fragment looks like you already have it all... but if you point your cursor it says how many fragments exactly do you have...

There's nothing special in your screen shot unless you show the fragments directly from your inventory...

And this is what i mean about not releasing Hmmmmm If this is true ill not release :)
it is not red like the others 355 And its not red it is the same color as the completed quantity
Look at the quantity it is not red = maybe craftable


Just wait sir not yet tested ill try it in my other account

sir i have like that too :D it is just a bug if you log in and go to any dungeon and get 1 of that item and it will auto matically give you
