hey guys i had this problems for couple of hours :D finnaly fixed it :D
to who get that error "the server is undergoing inspection or updates" while there is not update or inspection going
REinstall Silkroad Then Update It (A)
take a copy of it (B)
and use it normall it will work normally but the error will show up again in days
so when that happen delete THE (B) silkroad Folder
and copy the (A) Folder again :D
i did this coz the media patcher isnt working for me even editing the hosts file
