I have a lvl 91 scion (summoner) in full cf set (11% sb, 12% res. 3% cast, 9% block bonuses of its gears) with lvl 4 stones in them.
It has 2 ring res. stones (5% and 7%), 10k+ lens+, pets, pots, 7 serazan (3x xp), 2 x 2h 200% ToA in its bag. Lvl 85 and 92 weapons are ready and they've got great stats.
