Hi, when i log in and click on the character to start play my sro shutdown, this is on ZSZC WATER. and it the same problem on all of my 4 character and all characters is in jangan.

Try creating a new account and see if the problem is the same.
If the problem isn't on the new account then u will just have to wait for your account to be fixed by the GMs.

If it's crashing from the bot then that may be AVS/Computer malfunctions ect...
