No-DC client help

Let me start off by saying sorry in advance if this was already asked a million times-but i can't find it anywhere, and after searching nearly 20 pages for a topic like this, i'm becoming desperate :(

So, to the point...

I don't understand how to work the no DC client. I downloaded it from Greyfox's link, but then what? I'm sorry, but i'm just completely lost at where to proceed from here. At this point i have the "GreYFoX NoDC Client 1.141 Fixed" icon on my desktop, so where to from here? I'd VERY much appreciate detailed step-by-step instructions =D Thanks :)

(Just in case, for clarification :p ...I understand what it does and how to use it when logging in; my question is how to get it to work)

Do you see the File in the Rar?
Same as the File in SRO Folder or?
Maybe Replacing works, its like a crack.
