Problem homepage

(Sorry for my bad english)
So, I buy an domain name and a web host, and i put my metin2 homepage files on host, and my server it's in my computer, when i try to register/login on server
i got this error "Cannot connect to mysql server on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (4)"
Please help me , my email its [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
what i need to do? what ip i need to type in config.php?

Webspace on which you have uploaded homepage?
I would imagine in your upload Square7 for since it will work.

yes but i'm not sure, on mysql ip what i need to type the host ip or the server ip?

host ip your dyndns ip
server ip = the same!
