Do you think its possible

to increase the kill radius of an explosion(boomer)?
to make the empire specific pistols not take stam?
to take away the distance at which bullets don't hit their targets(AA)?
to increase bullet speed?
to freeze pshield on you and have it not take stam?
to make second wind always work and change the amount it heals?
to freeze cloaker suit's alpha on you?

just a few things I was thinking about, might add more later.

JnR Hack helps with anything that drains stanima.... Bullet speed, i dont know; Radius of boomer explosion might be SS, The second one on your list might be SS..... some of those(maybe most) might be server side.....

how would one get JnR going again?
