I would say s/s because you will get some dmg from mobs and you will need to survive.
I for one would go for bicheon / fire / light and some cold.
Bicheon cause of the pasive...and you will block eaven more...and for some special cases when you will use knock down series.
Fire Imube cause it does lots of dmg.
Lightning for speed and the nuke is a little weaker than the fire one.
Cold...as much as your mastery's permit you...because with this you will get some extra defence :)
I would wear armor set to make a balance on my psy / mag.
As for the skills....nukes...fire protection...pasives....walk's.... guard's from cold...knock down's :)
